Vary spacious A- Frame located near the beaches of Newport. the sunlight through the glass windows was very comfortable. The owners were VERY accommodating. Our initial deposit check was lost n the mail and was not a problem. I left a small bag behind, they mailed it to me immediately, without question. It was a pleasure to work with an owner and not a rental company. The hot tub was wonderful and the view at night from the hot tub was magnificent. When we go back, I want to take my family and friends with me as there is plenty of room for all of them.

Great House with lots of character

We stayed 3 nights with our family of 6 adults ,2 grandkids and 2 small dogs. It was the most comfortable stay, plenty of space for all. Each bedroom had a bathroom the upstairs loft area was great for the family to play games while others could talk or watch tv or read downstairs. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. We felt as if it were our own home it was that comfortable. The weather was cold but with the hot tub to come home to after spending days on the beaches was just spectacular. We just all can't get over how much fun we had at this home and how relaxing and warm it was to stay in. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. The owner was very easy to deal with and all went smoothly renting property. We loved it !!
