Chalet Style townhouse, perched above the Pacfic Ocean Coast. Greatroom with cherry hardwood floors, natural slate and granite, soaring walls, large gas fireplace, rustic stone chimney,towering wooden beamed ceiling, Patio door opens to deck over looking Agate beach, welcoming living room space for family and friends. Comfortable sectional sofa, cable TV, DVD, and CD player. Fully equiped kitchen, Jenn-air appliances, great for those who like to cook. Craftmen style dinning room table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably add leaf & sets 8 with bar feeds 10. Loft masterbed rm. & bath has King pillowed toped bed, wall to wall carpet, overlooking great rm.& ocean, Jacuzzi soaking tub, get a well deserved rest. 2nd bedrm. wall to wall carpet with cozy queen sized bed. 3rd bedrm. dual purpose den/sitting rm., off the living room, wall to wall carpet, Trindle bed that can open to king size bed or kept as twin.

Located on the central oregon coast Agate Beach is just minutes away from Newport's historic Bay Front. It was orginally settled in the early nineteen hundreds. Created as getaway location for valley settlers escaping the summer heat. Our home is right across the street from miles of sandy beach, veiw of the ocean, & historic lighthouse. Easy beach access for any age or ablility.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful! Well decorated, nice furnishings, and clean. It would be helpful to know that the upstairs rooms do not have full privacy. Upstairs is a loft(as noted), one bedroom opens into the other and there is not a sealed ceiling as there are large vaults. No noise privacy. As usual with vacation rentals, the pots are not good. Peeling teflon which is not healthy, but I have never rented a house where this was not the case. I assume because many renters do not take care of them properly. Other than the pots, kitchen was well equipped. Towels were nice and there was a large supply. Everything else was perfect. Lovely place, close to beach. Nice area. Great value. I would definitely go back!
