This newly updated top floor condo w/balcony is located across street from Newport's famous Eastons Beach. No need to drive since there is access to the beach and the many other attractions: Aquarium, carousel, playground, skate park, dining, and the ability for water sports. What ever your desire there is plenty for everyone in walking distance.

The bedroom with a new queen bed is large with plenty of storage and your own flat screen lcd tv.

Living room has new leather sofa bed and chairs for comfort while watching a new 32" flat screen lcd/hd tv.

Granite kitchen w/ stools has updated GE appliances and all the utensils you can think of to make your stay just like home. There is also a dining area to give more room while entertaining.

After coming back from a long day at the beach, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and of the cliff walk.

Newport is one of the most highly recognized vacation spots offering everything from beaching, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, hiking, biking, shopping, dining, more than your average beach spot. The Newport mansions are minutes away and then off to downtown Newport.
