Description of the Newport vacation condo rental
Once you stay you won't go anywhere else. Everything is at your disposal for a vacation of a life time. Rest assured if you want a clean environment that is our first priority.
So much in the area in walking distance,a car won't be needed very often. No problem with traffic and fighting for parking at the beach since it is located across street and has access to the water. Several dining and nightlife establishments in the vicinity.
Updated with 32" HDTV, leather furniture w/pull-out sofa bed, plenty of room for entertaining, granite kitchen, w/ all GE appliances, small electric appliances, dishes, pots/pans, lobster pot, and much more.
Large bedroom with queen bed,linens inc., and flat screen tv, high speed internet, large closet and dresser.
Full size bathroom w/ tub and shower,towels included and storage for toiletries.
Main studio/living area has 2 large closets to hold more clothes, and dining area to accomodate 6.
Balcony to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and cliff walk, just like being right on the ocean without paying oceanfront prices
Area Description
Main beach is right across the street which is 1st beach, or Easton's beach, and only 1/2 mile away is 2nd and 3rd beach which also have so much to offer: horseback riding, water sports, surfing, main beach has the playground, skate park, aquarium, carousel, dining facilities. Cliff walk is also a few minutes away which is a great 3 mile walk that everyone enjoys. Down town Newport is a short walk or drive where you have numerous shopping and dining venue available for the days you aren't at the beach.
