Lots of space and privacy as it is on a double waterfront lot. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, sunroom, large dining room, kitchen, patio and 2 car garage. Fabulous views. 2053 SF of living space. Stone and brick outdoor fireplace that takes charcoal or wood. Quiet no outlet street so no traffic. Newport mansions are 8 miles away and all the clams and lobster you will love is served at the nearby restaurants, including Flo's Clam shack, listed as "Best of RI" in Rhode Island magazine is less than one mile. Peaceful, no outlet street. Our Newport county home in Portsmouth is taking reservations for Summer 2008. This is the second home of a professional and we take credit cards so you can rent without worry. Brand new central air conditioning in 2007.

Children's park with playground equipment and swings is at the end of the street. Golf at Montaup Country Club nonmember greens fees $40 and $36 for the cart. Small sandy beach with smooth fist sized rocks at the waters edge tapering after about 20 feet horisontally to a smooth sandy bottom under the water, Recommend aqua sox or fishermans sandals for swimming.

Absolutely lovely. The house is bigger than it appears. Very comfortable nicely kept grounds. The best was sleeping and waking up to an ocean view and coffee in the morning with the ocean breeze. Quiet and away from it all. My family and & I enjoyed our vacation there. the grocery stores and the bank are easy to get to. We just loved it and would highly recommend staying here.
