Walk out the door, down the steps to the beautiful, private, LI Sound beach. This is an original, comfortable cottage. There is a boat launch, clay tennis court, children's playscape nearby.Bring your boat to fish the Sound, your kayak to leisurely explore the coastline, nearby islands, bird sanctuary (herons and egrets abound) and other beaches. There is a swimming raft moored out front There is a large indoor porch to sit and read, paint or snooze. The picnic table is waiting for your lobster feast. Striped bass have been caught right in front.

The cottage is located near casinos, museums, golf and theater. In less than an hour you can see the Newport Mansions, the Misquamicut beaches,Eugene O'Neill's Monte Cristo Cottage and the O'Neill Theater.
