Remodeled in Spring 2008! 1 Queen Size bed in Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2 has a full size bed (brand new king coil matress) Bedroom #3 has 2 twins (brand new king coil matresses) Bedroom #4 has a full size bed. All new Linens and alternative down comforters. Location: Niantic, Connecticut, USA (Close to Foxwoods Casino & Mohegan Sun Casino) Accommodations: House - 4 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8) Welcome to our Cape Cod Home. There are four nice-size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed on the first floor, the bedrooms upstairs have 2 twins and 2 full size beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and the main level bathroom has a bathtub to relax in. This home is set up ideally for two couples or two small families. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the only things you'll probably need are your food, paper products, and towels (Don't forget your bath towels too!). The living room is spacious and gets plenty of sun with views of Long Island sound.

The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take walks or go for bike rides. Speaking of walks, it is a leisurely two minute walk to Crescent Beach. Crescent is a private beach so you don't have to fight any crowds there. The next beach over (another one minute or so walk) is McCooks Beach. This is a town beach and gets more crowded than Crescent but there are also more activities there. At McCooks there are playgrounds, a park, outside showers, restrooms, and trails to walk up to the bluff overlooking Niantic Bay. There are also ice cream and snack trucks making the rounds. At Crescent Beach there is a quaint snack bar with a great view overlooking the beach itself. It is also within walking distance to downtown Niantic. This is a great place to bring the family and enjoy a multitude of activities while experiencing the finest that Connecticut has to offer. We hope you'll try us out, I'm sure you will be pleased you did! This is a brand new rental, our first season renting it out, the following dates are rented 7/8-7/15,8/8-8/16, all other dates are available.
