Description of the Nice vacation apartment rental

50sqmeters apartment for 2 or 3 persons on the 6th floor with nice views over the roofs and hills of Nice from the balcony on the bedrooms side and from the large terrasse on the living/dining room side. Ideally located near the ocean, shops, markets and the railway station. Perfect for those who enjoy a cosy typical french style apartment. Not recommended for small children under 8 years (exception made for babies who do not walk yet)and unfortunately it is not set up for handicapped people.

You have everything you need nearby: supermarkets, bakeries, 2 indoor markets, some good small restaurants around the corner, and many restaurants 10 walking minutes away.
The beach as well as the railway station are to be reached in only 10 walking minutes! There is also a pretty park, the "Alsace Lorraine" near the apartment, good for relaxing and also for children to play.
