Our recently purchased and newly decorated and furnished contemporary style apartment in Nice, France. Situated in a secure, quiet courtyard yet just minutes from lively local markets, shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and other attractions. No need for a car: everything is within easy walking distance! Convenient access to Nice Airport (10 mins by taxi, 15 mins by bus), main railway station and autoroutes.

It is on the first floor up a short flight of stairs and consists of a living/dining room cum kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. There are ample & flexible sleeping arrangements with 2 double beds, a single bed, baby cot and a living room sofa to be used as additional bed.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a combination oven/microwave, ceramic hob and refrigerator. For those who cannot bear to leave the office behind there is also a brand new Dell computer with flat screen and free, permanent Internet access! For your entertainment there is cable TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player and a good selection of books, DVD's, videos and games. Bed linen, towels and all cooking/eating utensils are provided.

Located in the heart of historic Nice just 3 minutes walk from the world famous Negresco Hotel, seafront promenade and beaches, this comfortable, well-equipped apartment is an ideal base from which to enjoy all the French Riviera has to offer. Mingle with the rich and famous in Cannes & Monte Carlo, hike through pine-scented hills, enjoy water sports in the sun-drenched Mediterranean or explore picturesque fishing ports and markets. And Italy is just around the corner!

The apartment is available to rent privately from us all year round. Rates from £295 per week. Discounts can be negotiated for rentals longer than 2 weeks.
