Description of the Nice vacation apartment rental

The lovely south facing apartment is located in an elegant residence built in the exquisite style of the late 19th century.
The two room apartment sleeps up to 3 people (on request : extra twin bed), and is at the top floor accessible by a lift, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the city and the sea.

We can serve you a typical french breakfast with delicious, locally baked croissants.

You can bring your laptop, wireless internet access is provided for free.

Should you need assistance at any time, there is always someone available at the villa and we would be delighted to advise on the local tourist attractions.

Area Description

The villa is situated right in the heart of the old port district, only 300 meters from the beach and all the local amenities :

There are a variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs, shops and supermarkets in the area, giving you plenty of choice during your stay.

The city center and the Old Town are at 10/15 mn walk.
