Vacation Rental Description

The apartment is light-filled,spacious and beautiful, and recently completely refurbished. There are 2 bedrooms,one larger, one smaller, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, entrance hall and bathroom. It is centrally located, 6 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais and beaches, very close to restaurants, the pedestrian zone, and 8-9 minutes to the train station.
There is a bakery on the first floor of the building, a convience store across the street (where you can smell the chickens roasting from the kitchen window!). A large supermarket is one block over.
Two blocks from the apartment, is our property manager,who can be contacted for any emergencies that might arise.

Area Description

Nice is the capital of the French Riviera. It's palm lined boardwalk is entoxicating for a stroll. There are many private and public beaches all along the waterfront. The city is nestled in the foothills of the Alpes, where mountains and sea come together. There are wonderful restaurants, pastry shops, open air markets for flowers and food, antique shops all over the town.
Nice has a relaxed ambiance, a blend of the best of French and Italian culture, food and architecture. It is 20 minutes drive, by train or car to the Italian border to the east. You can easily travel to Cannes to the west, or inland to explore the towns of Provence. Our apartment puts you in the center of all that Nice has to offer.
