This ultra luxury renovated apartment is located in one of the best areas in Nice, on the famous Promenade des Anglais. It has short walking distances to center of town, the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, all the best Nice has to offer. Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away. This is really the best place to spend an unforgettable vacation in Nice!
The apartment has been completely renovated and is truly a luxury property. It is the perfect alternative for those who do not want to spend their holiday in a small hotel room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms and it can sleeps 6(we can provide an extra 2 single beds in the office room, so it can sleeps 8). Master bedroom has a king size bed, a programmable safe and a LCD TV 26’’.The second bedroom features a queen bed, a LCD TV 26’’,leather arm chair and a work desk with dedicated high speed internet line. The third bedroom has 2 singe beds and a LCD TV 26’’.
The spacious living room features a luxurious custom made sofa, an antique coffee table, leather chairs, all custom made. There is also a Dining Room table and 6 chairs. The apartment also features high speed internet and Wi-Fi wireless internet available throughout the entire apartment. The fully equipated kitchen with dishes,juicer,coffe maker,toaster,pots and pans,blender,dishwasher, … has also a dedicated high speed internet line near the bar area.

Area Description

Nice is a busy, bustling city with something for everyone from the bright lights of the city shops, bars , restaurants and clubs to the lure of the water with diving, swimming, boating and sunbathing to the activities of golfing, walking, cycling, sightseeing both in Nice and inland. The carnival in February and the Grand Prix in May are just 2 of the various activities available to go to or you can just relax and do as little as possible. Either way you can expect a wonderful stay and holiday.
Stroll the seafront Promenade des Anglais for its circus-like atmosphere. You can play beach volleyball, Ping-Pong, or boules; rent paddleboats, jet skis, or windsurfing equipment; or snooze on comfy beach beds with end tables.
To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.
