Description of the Nipomo vacation condo rental

.Condos sit on 9th fairway with sensational views across four fairways. Discounts on golf are offered at Blacklake and Avila Beach Resorts. Condos come in two sizes: one story has two bedrooms and one bathvery nice for one couple. The two story units have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to six people. These units are just steps to the clubhouse and bar and grill. Golf at only $45 per player (inc cart & balls) 7 days
a week including Holidays.

We will be happy to make tee times for you (including nearby clubs at DISCOUNTED rates)which include Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, Hunter Ranch, the River
Course, and Marshallia Ranch.

We are 10 miles south of Pismo Beach just west of Hwy 101, on a mesa 320 feet high; our weather is the best. The
27 holes at Blacklake are challenging and cost only $45 per
round (inc cart) if you stay onsite 7 days a week.

All condos have flatscreen tvs with HD, extended cable with free movies, wireless connection to the internet, and unlimited dialing.

Rates depend upon number of people and length of stay.

There is a king, a queen, and two twins in large condos.
Propane barbeque on patio overlooking 9th fairway.

Area Information

Sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the 9th fairway
of the Lakes Courseyou can watch them putt in on #9 and tee off on #1.

Vons Market is 5 miles away. Beach is 10 miles. This is
a walker's paradise; safe and scenic. Oso Flaco is close
by and takes you to the dunes and the ocean. Montano de Oro is not too far, if you are a serious hiker.

You have a propane barbeque on the front patio with patio
furniture. Two of the units are pet friendly, so ask
about these. All units are wireless and unlimited dial.

Weekly rates start at $950 for one couple in one story
unit and $1100 in two story unit. Per night starts at
$175 for 3 nights.

No surprises

Condo is within walking distance of the club house. Perfect for a "golf weekend" . I played Avila Beach and Black Lake 2 courses for $99.00 special. Courses were nice, not too crowded. Greens rolled very well. They are not the challenge of some other courses in the area, but very nice.
