Description of the Nokomis vacation condo rental

The condo has three floors the first is the game room. The game room has a foosball table, a separate air condition, and a pull out couch. On the second floor there are two twin bends, one bathroom, kitchen, and the living room. As one moves on to the third floor, one comes across the master bed and bath. The master also has a private TV and a game console.

Area Information

The condo is a three-minute walk over a bridge to get to the beach. The condo is on the inter-coastal so docking a boat is easy whether you bring a boat or if you rent from the boat rental place right down the street. Cool Breeze has jet skis and deck boats for rent. There are two restaurants also within walking distance.The best part is when ever one walks out side and feels and smells the sea breeze.

Lovely place

I have to say that the owner, Annette, is the nicest person I've ever met. She is so down to earth and treated us like family. The condo is beautiful and the area is spectacular. The surrounding neighbors are all nice and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and I will definitely recommend this place for families and/or couples. I absolutely love this place!!! Thanks Annette for a most memorable and relaxing stay.
