Vacation Rental Description
Our cottage is on private property in a residential neighborhood with community boat launches.
The cottage has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a small room with a queen size futon, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is one remodeled bathroom, full kitchen and a large screened in lanai, fully furnished.
Area Description
Nokomis is within several miles to at least 5 different beaches. There are plenty boat launches, and the cottage is just 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. There are several shopping centers minutes from the cottage and the Island of Venice is just a few miles away.
