2/2 has an open split floor plan. Master bedroom contains a queen size bed and guest bedroom has twin beds. Expanded living area with the large Florida room. Florida room has a double sofa bed for additional sleeping area. This 2/2 will sleep six.

Adjoining 1/1 has it's own living room, kitchen and bath.Perfect for another couple or your teenagers!

Nokomis vacation rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood only one block from the intercoastal waterway. Perfect for walks, no traffic here. Convenient access to the interstate will take you to the many attractions Florida has to offer.

Only a five minute drive to Casey Key and Nokomis Beach on the Gulf. Shopping is nearby and you are only a 10 minute drive to historic Venice Island and 20 minutes from Sarasota.

Several beaches within a 10 minute drive including a dog beach. Enjoy the many naturalized beaches where shells and prehistoric sharks teeth are abundant. Many restaurants offer al fresco dining.
