Description of the Nokomis vacation home rental

Newly furnished home with your own relaxing pool is located in a quiet deed restricted community yet minutes from shopping, I-75, beaches, parks and golf. Split plan home offers a Master bedroom with King-Size bed and private bathroom and two other guest rooms that share a bath. The other bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds. This spacious home has a granite kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room and family room. The screened lanai that encloses the pool also has a eating area. The lanai faces south to take advantage of our wonderful Florida sunshine.

We really loved this home, it had absolutely everything you could possibly want. The floor plan was ideal and the house very comfortable and clean. Great location. ideal for shopping beaches and restaurants. Surrounding wildlife exceptional. We would love to and probably will use this house again.

Relaxing

We stayed during the month of March and enjoyed it all very much. This home is a great size and the floor plan really works well. Home is well maintained and linens and kitchen is well equipped. For 6 days, we had 5 adults and a teenager and we were all very comfortable. The two living areas are great. This home is in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

This home is wonderful for us! My Mother (90yo) needed to be in a warm climate to help facilitate recuperation from a full hip replacement. This '70s' house is easy for her using a walker; there's a 'walk-in' shower in the master bath; the pool is slowly getting warm; the drive to a Sr Day Services center in Sarasota is relatively quick and easy! The owners are Great! -- They take care of the pool cleaning, and Lisa helped with a shower seat for my Mom! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would like to return next year!

We stayed here for Feb. March and 2 wks of April, 2010. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The lanai off the kitchen was wonderful for entertaining. Owners were very nice and accomadating.Close to stores, restaurants, theaters and beaches, just off Rt 41. Pet friendly.
