Description of the Nokomis vacation home rental

On a quiet street , one block to spectacular Casey Key beach, our vacation rental house offers the perfect vacation!
You will feel right at home in this Key West style charming vacation home with two bedrooms (two twin beds and one king bed), one bathroom, family room, kitchen. If you don't feel like cooking, the area offers top restaurants at reasonable prices. This house was recently renovated with ceramic tile floors, new windows, new cabinets and patio set. Central AC/electric heat.
Nokomis is located in Southwest Florida, near Sarasota along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our vacation rental home is fully furnished, with free wireless Internet, all linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and well equipped kitchen. You'll find your dream Venice Island beach house here at a reasonable rate!

Area Information

Casey Key is known for its white sand beaches, scattered with shells and sharks' teeth, as well as its lovely sunsets.
Sarasota is only 15 miles drive south.
Most guests fly into: Sarasota (closest) (about 25 minutes), Fort Myers (about 45 minutes); Tampa (about 60 minutes but pretty scenic drive).

Pleasant experience!

The house is near the back of a large lot, private and quiet. It’s very clean and well furnished with linens, complete kitchen needs, and a separate laundry. The patio has an umbrella table and chairs and a padded chaise lounge. Comcast channels and a DVD player are provided. A public beach with parking and facilities is one-half mile away. A Publix shopping center and CVS are within a mile. We enjoyed our visit very much and expect to return in the future. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation near the Gulf.
