Description of the Noord vacation home rental

ARUBA, 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, sleeps 8. There are 2 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. This is a privately owned home from a couple from the U.S. It is $795.00 for a week w. This is a bargain compared to what you pay at hotels and condos.$75.00 cleaning fee. It is close to the Marriott Surf Club. It even has a view of the Marriott. It is in the Palm Beach area of Aruba. There is a refundable $500.00 security deposit.
It is a 5 minute drive to the beach, nice restaurants and shopping. You can also rent my Mitsubishi Truck for $135.00 for the week. Seats 4 comfortably. You won't get a nicer home then this for the money. Winter months are $995.00 for a week and CHristmas and New Year's $1195.00 for a week.

Area Information

This home is close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. It is close to the high rise hotels and has a view of the Marriott. It is located behind Wendy's in the strip mall in Palm Beach. This is a privately owned home from a couple from Pennsylvania, U.S. Not far from the Soprano's night club and Dunkin Donuts and that row of restaurants including Salt and Pepper, Texas Brazill, Hooters and so many more which is located across from Playa Linda's Resort. Fabulous location.
