Spacious, modern, light, free standing townhouse in complex of three, peaceful environment. Fantastic, whitewater views from both levels. 3 min safe stroll to pristine surf beach. Individual private pool. Sleeps 5. 1QB, 1DB, 1 large single bed. Main level- open plan living, kitchen, dining bifold door to covered deck, BBQ and private plunge pool.Washer, dryer and powder also on main level.
Upper level, master bedroom w/ensuite, two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom, large deck with two bedrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. Carport for one car. LCD TV, DVD, Stereo. All linens and beachtowels included.

Magnificent, pristine, surf beach-safe 3 min stroll. 20 min stroll to quaint village of Peregian Beach with cafes, restaurants, boutiques. 10 min scenic coast drive to the famous tourist area of Noosa, world class boutiques, restaurants etc. 25 min scenic hinterland drive to quaint town of Eumundi and its famous markets.
20 min drive from Sunshine Coast Airport. 90 min drive north of Brisbane.
Whale watch from May through October. Numerous, scenic, day trips to delightful, hinterland towns, art galleries, restaurants, boutiques. Famous Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo, 45 min drive. Bus goes daily from Noosa. The ginger factory, macadamia factory. World class golf courses.
