Beautiful two story Retreat/home in Riverside/Norco area. Pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, covered patio, 10,000 s/f tropical yard complete with furniture, outdoor lighting, speakers, 11' umbrella. Pool has pool vollyball net, and lot's of float toy's.

Inside newly remolded home, game room with regulation 4x8 pool table,eletronic dart board, tiki bar, large fireplace, very nice leather furniture.

Three queen size beds, all quality comfortable pillow top's with luxury sheets. Surround systems in both family rm / large master suite.

Wild life area for nature walks/ bike riding / bird watching along the santa ana river trail just a short walk away, as well as horseback riding!

This truly is a wonderful home that's comfortable as well as fun!

Great mountain / city lights view

Area Information

1/2 smile from Norco in the la sierra hills area housing tract ... very rural and quiet, close to riverwalk area of riverside, with PF Changs, Red lobster. black angus most all the great chain restaurant's.
