Rent our 3 bedroom floating home, pontoon boat, taxes and cleaning fee on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for just $900 for 3 days. (Refill of gas on pontoon boat required.) What a deal. There is no better deal on the lake that can match this. So pack your swim suit, your food and come to the lake for 3 fabulous days.

We also have a mid week special on the 2 bedroom home.
Same deal for only $600.00 dollars.

"Don't Stay at the Lake, Stay ON the Lake"

This house is anchored in the bay at Whitman Hollow Marina,
you will need a boat to get to the house. We also have an 18' Pontoon boat that we rent for those that don't have a boat. Once there you will have City electric, and Satellite T.V.
The house is fully equipped with dinner service for 14 people, pots, pans, coffee maker, micro-wave, LARGE ref/freezer, blender, central heat/air, stereo system bring your own (DVDs) w/outside deck speakers, ceiling fans in every room including the front deck, stainless steel propane gas grill on the deck w/patio furniture. JUST ADDED 10' X 35' SWIM PLATFORM ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WITH BOARDING LADDER!!!!!!!!
This house has three (3) bedrooms, and two (2) large baths, a queen size sleeper sofa in the Great-Room, along with a double reclining sofa, large overstuffed chair and ottoman, entertainment center with a 27inch T.V and a game system for the kids. There is also a DVD and VHS player. There is a T.V. in the Master bedroom also.
The dining room table seats six (6), and there is seating for six (6) more at the Kitchen counter.
We have a tendency to fill-up fast, so "book" early to guarentee the dates you want.

So come fish right out the front door, swim off the swim deck, lounge on the front porch, and have your boat setting right beside the house. You can't ask for a better vacation

If you are a returning guest, please contact us for our "repeat customer special". You could recieve up to a 20% discount.

We also have specials running from time to time so be sure to ask.

We Will See You At The Lake!!

Nothing better than sitting on your front porch and watching the sun rise over the mountains as you plan your daily activites. There are hiking trails, ATV trails, Horse back trails, golf courses nearby and naturally, any kind of water sport you can think of.
There are many fine eating establishments located on the water (marinas) close by, and if you are into shopping, Gatlinburg is only 45 min. to an hours drive away.
The kids will love the Appalachian Museum, it's only (2) exits south (at the 110 Exit) lots of fun stuff to do, and they can join right in with the staff for a hands on learning experiance.

For you Fishermen and Fisherladies, we have access to (2) Fishing Guides. Large Mouth, Small Mouth, Stripers, Crappie, Catfish, Sun Fish (Pan Fish) and yes even Rainbow Trout. They will teach the kids what bait to use, how to fish, the right way to hold a fish after catching one, and how to release the fish unharmed. The guides will even clean your catch for you after the trip. Please give advanced requests for the guides as they are busy this time of year.

Great casual dining at the usual fast food places located in town, only 2 and 1/2 miles from the Marina. Also some marinas have restaurants on the docks. PIZZA HUT delivers to the Marina, but not the Floating Houses..no way to get there. Wal-Mart, other grocery stores, and a varity of shops close by.

If your pet happens to cause damage and/or the need for extra cleaning, part or all of your deposit may be forfeited to cover the additional cost. Cleaning fee depends on number of guests in your party, and the length of your stay.

We stayed a whole week. It was our first time there but it will not be our last! There were 7 of us,all adults. The bed in the master bedroom was SOOO comfy! We had some rain, but we had some good weather too. Even the rainy days weren't bad. We just sat under the covered patio and watched the rain drops hit the water. It was peaceful and relaxing. The house is beautiful! The pictures on here don't do it justice. It is very roomy and we all enjoyed it very much. The wrap around counter/bar was great! The lake is georgeous, so calm and smooth, just like glass. We even saw jellyfish! Yes, I said jellyfish. Freshwater jellyfish. It was so cool. Carolyn, at the Marina, was very accomodating and so nice. The couple staying in the 2 bedroom were so helpful and so nice...great neighbors! The house has all you need and then some! Thank you Bill and Shirley, for such a great place to enjoy being ON the water...24/7. H Miller and Gang

The floating house was very very nice inside and outside. The only negative is about the beds - the mattresses are absolutely horrible and truly need to be replaced on all but the bunk beds. The staff at Whitman's Marina were very nice, responsive and accomodating.

This was an amazing way to have a family vacation. The houses are so big you don't even realize you're on the lake! The house was beautiful, completely furnished, and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves: Satellite TV, full kitchen, plenty of beds, 2 full bathrooms and we docked our boats right to the house! We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends & family with us.

This place is nicer than all the other places we have stayed. It is the first time we have stayed on a floating house, and we are looking forward to coming back in June. We already booked our reservation for this summer. We don't have a boat, so the owners rented us their 18 foot pontoon boat that is substantially cheaper than the Marinas rent their boats. The kids loved being on the water, but not as much as my husband. The owners told us they are installing a swimming/sunning platform on the front of the house, what a great idea.....Can't wait.
