Description of the North Bethany vacation condo rental
1 Unit in a 4-unit condo building. Two outdoor showers and 1 laundry room are shared among the units. This is an old school style cottage with an in-wall air conditioning unit and a deck that overlooks the back yard. Complimentary WIFI in the neighborhood. Only three summer weeks still available
July 18-25; July 25-Aug 1 and Aug 1 -8.
Area Description
North Bethany Beach is 3 miles north of the the Bethany Boardwalk. The beaches are NOT guarded and are less crowded. There is one diner, The Sea Side Grill just around the corner and a Tot Lot and tennis court around the other corner,

Great Little Beach House!!
Very Clean, had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, the walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes! The environment is very family friendly.
