Description of the North Caicos vacation home rental

Flamingo's Nest is perfect for a family vacation or couple's getaway on the quiet, picturesque island of North Caicos. We make you feel right at home.

This unique ocean view home has two units in one. Great for two couples traveling together, but want their privacy or perfect accommodation for a larger family to gain more space to relax in.

The units can also be rented separately. You can choose the smaller unit which has 1 bedroom or the larger unit which has 2 bedrooms, each with their own private entrances, or pamper yourself and rent both units for yourself.

There is a front patio with an ocean view and back porch with garden view. Landscaped with local flora and just 2 minutes from our pink & white sand 10 km long gentle sloping beach. A perfect beach for children.

Flamingo's Nest features spacious fully furnished living room, dining room and 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 washer and dryers and 2 dishwashers with ceramic tile throughout. Air conditioners and fans in each main room. There are many windows to offer the trade winds to gently move through the home.

The 1 bedroom unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a 1 four piece bathroom.

The main house has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 four piece bathroom and living/dining room combo.

Some additional amenities include wireless internet, international tv, local cell phone, bicycles, hair dryer, lounge chairs, beach chairs, washer/dryer, beach towels, and BBQ. Weekly housekeeping is provided and if you require further housekeeping this can be arranged for a fee. These above amenities are available in the 1 bedroom suite and main home.

On check-in you are greeted with a welcoming rum punch provided by Silver Palm Restaurant, a chilled gallon of water, information package, and orientation. The local grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. Fresh produce arrives once a week.

We offer a flexible meal plan to our guests at Silver Palm Restaurant. We can arrange and reserve ferry ( 30 minutes) and taxi transfers from the main island of Providences.

Stay with us and we have everything you need to enjoy your holiday on North Caicos. Restaurant, Car rental, Boating and Gift Shop. All we need is you.

Silver a la Car Rental offers free pick-up from suite, dock or NCA Airport. Always rented with a full tank of gas.

Beach Cruiser Charters can provide any boating needs, from private secluded beach BBQ'S, to snorkeling and diving.

Open daily Victoria Gift Shop has jewellery, t-shirts to suntan lotions and anything in between. If you forgot your readers and a novel we have those items too.

I stayed in the fully furnished in-law suite of this beautiful vacation home. It was very comfortable, pretty much a home away from home environment. It literally takes two minute to walk to the Whitby beach. A nice spot to take an early morning or afternoon dip in the ocean. The in-law suite is also perfect for a couple's getaway. If you are into sightseeing, there are many places of interest on the island and Middle Caicos is just a car ride away. You can visit the caves and more beautiful beaches. Be sure to pack Off because mosquitos sometimes bite in the nights.

Great place to spend time with family and friends

Several friends and myself spend 3 fantastic days on North Caicos here. The ocean and weather were perfect; clear blue skies, clear blue water, and gorgeous white sand. Every beach is virutally a private beach. The manager, Karren, is amazing. The food she prepares makes it feel like a 5 star resort. A car rental is a must once on the island (Remember they drive on the left hand side of the road) as it is sparcly populated. Deffinately head out to middle caicos and explore some remote beaches, We found an entire abandoned dock rusting away complete with a big excavator. This island and this house are a great way to see a part and life style of the Turks and Caicos that you can't get on Provodenciales.

I stayed in this home for a few nights with friends and it was lovely! Very clean and recently updated, it made for a wonderful escape in the tropics. We enjoyed mornings reading in the shade of the patio, afternoons in the white sand and ocean waves of the beach just a steps from the door, delicious dinners at the Silver Palm Restaurant and evening drinks on the beach just a short walk away. As if the lovely home and incredible beach weren't enough, it came with a comprehensive guide to services on the island and the most helpful manager you could ever dream of. We've talked about returning regularly to this little piece of paradise!
