The "Coral Reef" is a 4-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath, designer-decorated and furnished pool home with views of the Gulf from the Greatroom/kitchen veranda and the sundeck. There are 2300 sq ft under air with another 1,000 sq ft of Verandas and decks which create a wonderful indoor/outdoor space from almost every room in the house. The large imported marble patio flows to the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the furnished conversational area, and the dining area. The tropical landscaping completes this island home and creates a truely wonderful island paradise. No cars are allowed on the island. A Gulf cart is provided for your use while staying at our home. Come to relax and leave rejuvenated! Let "Island Time" have its way with you. Also, you will be our guest member of the North Captiva Island Club and have use of the pools, hot tub, pool bar, kayaks and much more. We look forward to your visit.

North Captiva is a tropical barrier island located in the Gulf just west of Ft.Myers and Cape Coral. It is approximately 3.5 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. Two thirds of the island is State-owned nature perserve which creates our front yard. There are walking paths through the perserve, and some of the best shelling in the world can be found on the perserve beaches. The beach is just a short walk or gulf cart ride down the sandy lane in front of the house. At one time North Captiva was part of Captiva island but it is now seperated by Red Fish Pass. A 20 minute water taxi ride, out to the island begins your vacation adventure. The island hosts 2 restarants, two small gift shops, a fun-in-the-sun kiosk, and a grocery store. You will be our guests at the North Captiva Island Club. North Captiva is truly a place where man and nature live in harmony. Come stay on the island, and enjoy Florida at its unspoiled best!
