Mature Palms are hiding this single story stilt home. There is a porch and open deck with a top of the line 6 person spa tub.The living, dining and kitchen area are open for easy entertaining. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a king bed in the master and a queen sized bed in the guest room. High speed internet access, a computer station is in the guest bedroom. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, blender, and coffer maker. Salt, pepper, spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish washer soap and other miscellanous items are stocked in the house. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware and an automatic dishwasher. A washer/dryer is provided so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes. All towels and linens provided. The home is air-conditioned and each room has a ceiling fan. There are 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, Direct TV, Playstation 2, DVD player, a CD Player, games, books, 3 phones and an answer machine. This home is well stocked and guests are welcomed to use anything if they need. Dockage is available at an additional cost(space limited so reserve early.)

Upper Captiva Island is nothing like Captiva. No Cars and no crowds! Accessible only by private plane or boat our beaches are perfect for those who seek privacy. Golf carts are the main form of transportation. Miles of sandy beaches with more birds than people. The waters surrounding the island are filled with wildlife-dolphins, manatee, sea otters and many kinds of fish. Miles of state park are open for walks and bicycles.
