Area Description

This is located conveniently around the corner from the beautiful North Captiva Island Club and Mango's restaurant. Spectacular views of the bay and the emerald Gulf waters from the observation deck. This four bedroom/three and one-half bath, custom built and decorated, island, pool home has three levels with the living areas on the upper levels and the bedrooms on the lower to provide you with excellent water and nature views. Decorated by a professional decorator who is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, no details have been missed. Your memories will be cherished forever from your visit at this spectacular festive home.

North Captiva Island, originally called Upper Captiva Island, is truly an island vacation paradise untouched by man's modern handicrafts. Located in Southwest Florida, just north of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, North Captiva is secluded from all the islands, making the only transportation to this wonderful destination by boat or a small plane. With its unpaved roads and lack of streetlights, traveling through the island is by golf cart, biking, or walking, which isn't a far distance since the island is four miles long and one-half mile wide at its widest point.
