Area Information
North Captiva presents to guests a private island vacation, located just 5 nautical miles off the coast of Florida. Access to the island is provided by convenient ferry boat and water-taxi services. Windswept is an elegant beach house for rent on North Captiva Island in Florida. Our luxury home rental is located right along the edge of acres of wildlife and nature preserves. Windswept’s gardens, putting greens, and heated pool border the Florida State Park that is home to miles of the most pristine beaches on the island. This island vacation rental is just a few minutes golf cart ride from the ferry landing. During your beach vacation at Windswept, access to the scenic beaches of North Captiva is less than 350 yards from the house, yet only a short walk from beautiful resort amenities that are available for your use. Our membership’s amenities include 2 heated pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 restaurants, and a outdoor pool bar. Nearby shops: gifts, grocery, boat rentals, excursions.
