Description of the North Captiva vacation townhouse rental

two and 1/2 bedroom townhouse in beautiful safety harbor club on the bay in north captiva florida. this is an end unit with two screened porches and a sun deck. your boat is docked at the deep water wharf (onsite) for easy access to fishing in the bay or gulf. this property has been completely remodeled since hurricane charley. it includes tile floors throughout the main floor and the upstairs bath and new carpet upstairs. all appliances are less than two years old.

master bedroom is a queen and upstairs bedroom is twins. there is also a smalled bedroom with a single twin bed.

north captiva is a true barrier island accessible only by boat. no gas engines are allowed only electric golf carts. you will arrive via your own boat or by water taxi. a golf cart is included in the rental as well as ocean kayaks bicycles and other sport equipment. the property also has a membership in the north captive resort. check it out at northcaptiva unit 161.
when you call for info tell them you get the owners special and you will get a 20% discount on the rental (spring break excluded).
