Little Chatham Lodge is a newly constructed log home, and while conveying the feeling of a rustic hideaway, boasts all the luxurious amenities of the finest inns or a private home.

Near North Conway, NH, the White Mountain National Forest, Maine 's lake region and the Saco river, and a myriad of ski resorts, Little Chatham Lodge was carefully designed to be your 'second home whenever you like during all four seasons of the year.

Its three guestrooms can be reserved separately or reserved together as the entire lodge. Little Chatham Lodge 's features make it perfect for a group or family getaway.

We stock the kitchen with all the ingredients for a daily hearty continental breakfast for nightly guests. Additional provisions may also be requested and stocked at their cost plus a nominal fee. For all the comforts of home with none of the work, a wonderful seasonal menu from a local well known chef is also available for catered meals which can be either delivered or brought in. Required Stay: Two Night Minimum
Lodging Tax: 7%
Deposits: Nightly & weekly rentals - 50% at the time of reservation Monthly rentals - $1,500 at the time of reservation Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to the reservation are refunded in full. Cancellations received within two weeks of teh reservation date are also refunded in full, but with a gift certificate in the amount of hte deposit, redeemable at any future time, subject to availability.
Other Fees: All guests acknowledge our policy of no indoor smoking. They also agree that should this be violated, there will be a separate cleaning fee of $500.

This place was everything I hoped for and more. This place is glorious.. everything from the decor to the heated floors. I rent a lot of vacation homes and this one is by far my favorite. Stay here you will love it

The lodge is absolutely gorgeous and decorated with a lot of detail. It brought our group of friends closer than before (we didn't know some people) and we will always remember the memories from this house.
