We just returned from our annual MLK weekend getaway and cannot say enough about the layout of this townhouse! Centrally located off Rte 16 in the heart of North Conway and close to all amenities, this four level townhouse was perfect for our family. Two young boys had the lower level bunk room that adjoined the rec room with the elders remaining on the top three levels. Plenty of space and well equipped, this townhouse is perfect for 2 medium sized families who enjoy spending time together, yet there is plenty of privacy in many rooms that it offers. We will be back next year!!! Thanx Dee...

70th b'day celebration

By the end of the 10 days 17 people visited this location and all 17 had nothing but glowing things to say about the condo and the area.. We played pool. We sat around the spacious living area and talked. We ate on the deck. We went to THE FLUME and the Franconia Notch area. We ate at the Mt. Washington Hotel and enjoyed a ride on the gondola at Wildcat. We especially enjoyed Cathedral Ledges, Diana's Bath, and Echo Lake park all in North Conway. We partied at the Shannon Door. ate breakfast at Peaches and Stairway Cafe.Enjoyed Mexican at Margarita grill. We hiked Black Cap Mtn and around Pudding Pond. And we saw a bear!! I recommend this condo and this area highly.

Great townhouse close to everything

We just came back from North Conway. We stayed in this townhouse the first week of July 2012 and we all felt at home. Our teenagers enjoyed all the activities available in the game room in the basement while the adults had a great time chatting. It's close to everything but nevertheless quiet. Great for a family gathering! I loved open area with hIgh ceiling.

PERFECT LOCATION

We stayed in this townhome for 3 nights in February. It was very nice and clean and had plenty of sleeping capacity. You can't beat the location as it is right off of the main North Conway strip. Very convenient for all ages. The owners were right on top of everything and made the process simple. Can't say enough good things.

The above was not the house we stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed the house that we rented, also in North Conway. The house was very clean and mostly as described. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location is great -- near everything that we needed and wanted. We even had snow when most of the east didn't.

A great spot for family gatherings! Lots of comfortable beds, lower level is wonderful for the guys games! We had a lovely Christmas day, with big snowflakes falling all day ever so gently! Would stay again!

We had a total of 14 in our party, 4 families:7 Children and 7 Adults. We had more than enough room, we never felt cramped. Loved the dining area on the back deck. Since it was early October we were able to open the door to it to expand our dining area. The great thing about thet deck area is that it can be gated. We had such beautiful weather while we were there the kids actually spent most of our time at the condo out on the back deck playing and coloring....No worries of anyone escaping. The older kids loved the game room in the lower level. Was great to be able to occupy the older ones while we were putting little ones down for the night. The whole complex was so quiet! No noisey neighbors to wake you up...unlike hotels. The home is clean, linens are fresh, and it has everything you need. There were even ice packs in the freezer that we tossed into our cooler when we packed a picnic! The never-ending hot water was awesome too. Especially with a group our size. I highly recommend this property. Dee was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions very promptly and with kindness. We can't wait to go back again...we plan to stay longer next time!

We were thrilled with the townhouse we rented from Dee! It was my family of 3 along an additional family of 3. It was very spacious and easy to find. It is right off of Rt16 and close to everything! We will rent this house again if we plan another adventure to North Conway!

3 friends and I took the kids (without husbands) for a quick getaway this summer and stayed in this Condo. We were very please how spacious it was and loved the layout. We brought 10 children with us and they were all very excited to explore and sleep in the upstairs bedrooms and loft along with a bathroom. The kids that slept in the upstairs were between the ages of 9 to 13 and felt like they had thier own little getaway with enough beds (a few children even had a double bed to themselves) to accomadate them. The younger children who are six were very happy to sleep in the finished basement level bedroom which had 2 bunkbeds. The basement level had a pool table and a spacious place for the kids to watch some T.V. The main level had a great kitchen, dining area, den, bedroom. I do beleive there was a screened outdoor area off of the deck(but we didn't get a chance use that). I have to say this condo was very clean and we felt right at home and comfortable. With enough parking for all four of our vehicles. The location is great right near North Conway center, restaurants and outlet shopping. We took the children to Diana's Bath which is an outdoor natural river/waterfalls and it was only a 10 minute drive it was so much fun. I can't say enough of the owner Dee which we rented from she was extremely pleasant and professional. I paid via paypal and when the trip was over she refunded my security deposit promptly without me ever asking. I have to say the entire experience of renting this condo was terrific! I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

We couldn't believe how big this condo was for the rate. The owner was very easy to work with and the rental transaction was easy. The condo's proximity to shopping and skiing was perfect - we could even walk to some of the shops. The unit was fully stocked with baby equipment, games/movies, etc. We would highly recommend this owner and condo to others.

Ski Weekend

Winter Wonderland!

We stayed here in December for our Polar Express weekend with 3 families. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the location was fabulous. We had tickets to the Polar Express, and when we were a few tickets short the owner was kind enough to try to help us find more! We went sleigh riding at Nestlenook Farm, mountain coastering at Cranmore, ice skating at Ham Arena in Conway, and the pass to use the indoor pool at the fitness center was such a great touch. We will definitely be back next year!

I would recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect get away. It was well equipped, clean, perfect location. There is so much room for sleeping. It has mutuple floors. The two living rooms are perfect. We love the pool table, the selection of games and movies, and you can attend the fitness club if you want. It I located so near settlers green that you could walk if you want to. The communication from the owners is wonderful and To me it is nicer then they describe and what you see in pictures. We had an awesome time. We have been doing this for six years now and have stayed many places, this was by far the best.

Fantastic Girls Stay!

Five of us drove to North Conway ( a 13 hour drive) and checked in to the condo in the early morning hours. It was perfect! We had tons of room, well appointed condo, and we were very happy to have space at the end of each day to show off our shopping buys! Will book again for sure next year! Thanks to the hosts!

Getaway with the kids

We rented this townhouse to be close to Mount Washington and also Storyland. The location was great, so close to Rt 16 and walking distance to the outlets. Plenty of space for the 10 of us, with 6 kids ages 7mos to 9years. Very clean and the kitchen is loaded with all the ammenities of home. The only drawback was the indoor pool is not onsite and the outdoor pool was freezing as it was early June when we visited.

Great Spot for a Family Gathering

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving 2009, 3 families, 8 people a couple of small dogs. We had more than enough room whether we chose to be together or needed time apart. There were games and books and movies to keep the kids occupied and a fully equipped kitchen for us to cook our Thanksgiving feast in. The location made for a productive Black Friday excursion and I got all of my holiday shopping done, tax free! Great location! I can't recommend this place enough...if the indoor pool had been on site this would be a 5 star in my book. Comfy, homey...a fireplace...everything you'd want for a family get together or a weekend away with friends. Dee was very helpful, and the rental process was easy. We look forward to going back this winter for some skiing.

The best get-away home we stayed at. It was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location, surrounded by stores within walking distance. Plenty of family fun activities in the area. View of the mountain in the morning and at time was beautiful. We will be staying here again in the future.
