It is located 2 miles from North Conway Village and minutes from Cranmore, Attitash and Wildcat ski areas. Storyland and outlet shopping are a short drive away. Its an all season vacation retreat for the whole family!

Layout Description:

Basement:
- Double futon, sleeps 2.
- Half finished, half unfinished.
- Unfinished portion contains washer/dryer and plenty of storage. Great spot for kids to run & play.
- Finished portion is heated & carpeted and contains the futon.

1st floor:
- Bedroom: Queen bed as well as double pull out leather sleeper sofa, sleeps 4 total
- Bathroom: With shower, Jack & Jill style that is accessible from the bedroom and main living area
- Kitchen/dining island area: fully stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances. Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc.
- Dining area: Sits between the living room and kitchen island. Contains a large dining table that sits 6 comfortably
- Living Room: Very spacious with ceiling open to 2nd floor. Fireplace, 42” plasma TV with DVD surround system. Furniture contains a full couch, love seat and chair set that are extremely comfortable, there is also a built in bench seast in the corner.

2nd floor:
- Master bedroom: Queen bed, sleeps 2. Nice views, 2 large double closets
- Bunk bedroom: Bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top - sleeps 3 total
- Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, connected to both bedrooms
