The loft space on the third floor with 2 futons and a TV was perfect for the 2 girls. The 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor were large and comfortable and both bedrooms had a TV. The ground floor had an open floor plan with a breakfast bar and large dining table, large well equiped kitchen and living area with 2 new comfy couches and a TV. We very much enjoyed our stay. A nice change from the day to day rat race. Great for families. My nieces loved the third floor loft area. It was their own private space.
