Sandy beach with warm waters is perfect for small children and enjoyed by all ages! Off-street, private parking for two cars. Gas grill for cooking your favorite summertime recipes! After a stroll on the beach, take in the salt air of a warm summer evening while kicking back in the screened-in porch!
Spacious master bedroom with queen bed. Large second with two twin beds and third bedroom with two twin beds making for comfortable sleeping quarters for six. Lots of screened windows on our large, enclosed porch to hear the wind, sea and crickets. Main living area has plenty of room for sit down meals, games and cable TV on the flat screen. Shower under the stars in the outdoor, hot water shower.
Recently added, gas log fireplace for those cool and cozy off-season nights!

Very nice property. Excellent location. Literally 4 houses down from the beach. Owners easy to work with. Would definitely go back.
We loved this cottage. The kids walked to Cook's Brook Beach to build sand castles and saw a fox in the dune grass. We "chased waves" at Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light and the kids commented that the ocean was "a lot angrier over there". We spent the day at Plimouth Plantation, another big hit and toured the Cape Cod potato chip factory. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first vacation with our ten month old daughter and we enjoyed every minute of it. Cape Cod was also another first for us. We loved it! Thanks, Charles, for being friendly, understanding and clean! We will be back soon!

It was a lot of fun. I hope to come back. It was really cool because the beach was right there and I LOVED the ice cream truck that passed by. (We don't have that in Montreal!). It was a really great experience and the outdoor shower is a really great idea!!

Your cottage was cozy, cute and awesome. Our stay on Cape Cod was amazing! We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for us. We were so close to everything, which was really nice. Cook's Brook Beach was a great place for us to play, swim and relax. We saw some beautiful sunsets on the beach which of course meant pictures!. The ocean beach "Marconi", was great too. We even went for ice cream and ranked them! #1 Nauset, #2 Arnold's, #3 Mac's Shack, #4 ice cream truck! Thanks for the great stay.

Your cottage was the perfect getaway we needed! The family was able to walk to the beach and come back when the little ones needed a nap. I was very pleased to find the house. I've been coming to Cape Cod for forty years, but it is the fist time on Cooks Brook Beach. I met a nice neighbor, two houses from the beach. I do interior design in Arizona and love what you have done to the place!
