"Off season" rates are negotiable and/or can be rented on a per night basis, 3 night minimum.

The house sits on a dead end sand street with a border of trees around the property for a very private yet sun filled yard.
We are one block east of Massasoit Rd. and three blocks in from the bay beaches. It is an easy walk, no traffic, through a quiet neighborhood to reach the nearest No.Eastham public beach. We are situated about one mile south of the wellfleet town line. It is a two mile walk or bike ride to the National Seashore, Nauset Light Beach or Coastguard Beach. Come enjoy our home!
