We are one block east of Massasoit Rd. and three blocks in from the bay beaches. It is an easy walk, no traffic, through a quiet neighborhood to reach the nearest No.Eastham town beach. We are situated about one mile south of the public wellfleet town line. It is a two mile walk or bike ride to the National Seashore, Nauset Light Beach or Coastguard Beach. There are restaurants, cafes, gift shops, movie theaters, a sports complex and much more along Route 6 in our area. Come enjoy our home! You will not be disappointed.

My family & I loved the cottage. It was clean & well appointed. The outdoor shower and patio area was great. My kids also loved the putting greens. We would love to return when the pool was open. It looks great too!

Peaceful, quiet location with all the amenities you need while on vacation, this property felt like home almost instantly. We particularly appreciated the outdoor shower, the wireless access and the privacy. We will be back!

If you look at the Cape and think of it as an arm, Eastham is a little above the elbow. Half way up and at the point that is half way between the bay side and the ocean side. This is the second year we've rented and the owners offer a lovely home with everything we need. It is a great vacation place if you love the beach!
