The house is on a point, with lovely views of Buzzards Bay from almost every room and from the large patio. The upstairs loft has spectacular panoramic views of boats, water activities and gorgeous sunsets.
Walk two short blocks to private association life-guarded beach. Comfortable spacious living area, large dining room, modern kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 full baths.

Easy access to other Falmouth beaches and to several golf courses. If you are a biker, bike paths abound all over the Cape. One of the most beautiful ones is the Shining Sea Bike path in Falmouth. Take the Ferry to Martha 's Vineyard from Falmouth Harbour. Shop in downtown Falmouth, in nearby Mashpee Commons, at the Sagamore Bridge Outlets, or at the many antique stores in the area. Take advantage of the many fabulous restaurants nearby or BBQ in the backyard. Play tennis, go hiking , visit cranberry bog reserves, go fishing, or whale watching. Visit a winery, a museums, or the many art galleries and pottery studios in the area. Take in weekly open-air concerts. Take in one of the ball game of the Cape baseball league. Spend a day in Woods Hole, with its world famous oceanographic institute and aquarium. Spend a day at a craft fair. These take place almost weekly in various towns, throughout the summer.
Easy day trips to Provincetown, Martha 's Vineyard, Providence, Plymouth Plantation & other parts of the Cape. Two well-attended events are only a few miles away: the Barnstable County Fare which takes place in July and the Falmouth Road Race which takes place in August.
