Our beautiful, completely furjished Manufactured home is in a private, gated park, with 750 other homes and 3 lakes, the average homes range from $50,000 to $150,000.
The home has a screened covered porch, a double sized Sun room with a dining area. A sitting room with three hide a bed couches, 2 double beds and one full size. a fully equipped kitchen. A Master bedroom with a large closet and a walk in closet. S second bedroom with large closet and full size bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower in the Tub. There is also a storage Room.

You will have access to all the immenities of the park. Heated Olympic size swimming pool with additional 10 lane Lap pool.
10 Shuffleboard Courts, 8 Tennis Courts, There is a putting Green, Horse-shoe area, a Heliport. We have a Georgeous Club House second to none, which has a huge complete Kitchen, Library and Reading Room, a Pool Room, a Card Room, a Large Stage for weekly and daily activities,
Bingo every Tuesday, Shows periodically etc. A large Ceramic-Hobby Room is located just right of the Swimming area. There ia a well equipted Exercise Room and showers in the Pool area. There are also weekly Computer classes available. Two bicycles are available for your Bike riding pleasure and for your safety and protection, we have a guard on duty 24/7.

Shopping is only 1/4 mile away, with many malls in Ft. Myers and Port Charlotte. Only a two hour drive to the Orlando/Disney World area, and the well known Church Street Station entertainment area. Only minutes away from Famous Ft. Myers Beaches, Thomas A. Edison and Henry Ford Summer Homes. 50 miles to beautiful Sarasota and 50 miles in the other direction to fabulous Naples and Marco Island. Ft. Myers Airport is 20 minutes away.
