Beautiful home

This home was just beautiful ans spotless. The pool was amazing. The neighborhood was lovely and close to everything. Even the neighbors were great!! The owners were so nice and great to work with. We will be going back for sure!!!

Family Vacation Dream

This house and location is ideal for a relaxing family vacation. We brought our daughters and their families with us on our Winter break vacation this year. We were all very pleased with everything. The furnishings throughout the house were excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and yet cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our large group. The two dining areas and bar areas were put to use quite often. The pool was very nice. My Grandchildren did not want to leave to do anything else. My 9 year old Granddaughter said that was her favorite part of our entire 13 day trip was swimming at the house in the pool. She didn't include Disney, Sea World, Sanibel, or the beaches. It was the pool that did it for her! The landscaping at the house is also beautiful. This house is very well kept and cared for inside and outside. I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. My family made many happy memories there that will last us a lifetime!

I really enjoyed staying in this house for 3 months. Had a few problems that could happen anytime. This is a lovely house in a great neighbourhood and the neighbours were very friendly. I really enjoyed the pool. A good location if you are a golfer but if you like a beach it is a very busy drive lasting at least 35 to 40 minutes to any beach. I only got there 3 times in 3 months.

First long rental we've had, and unfortunately the Satellite TV gave us a few headaches during Betty's stay. We have now installed a premier Direct TV package...and it works great. The new home alarm system also experienced some 'hiccups'. Both of these have been resolved. Betty and her family were wonderful guests, and I know the neighbours will miss her company.

Just a perfect spot for family fun!

Two families shared this house for a spring break trip. The owner was amazingly easy to work with and very kind. We we so impressed with how clean and beautiful the house was. It was the first time I've really felt like we were renting from a friend. Never did we feel like you didn't want to eat off of a fork or sleep on a pillow. Everything was top notch! Even down to the pans and flatwear. The bedding was so comfortable. The layout was perfect for the two families. And the pool, WOW! It was HUGE and beautiful. We had a hard time convincing the kids to get out of it! Thanks to Ted for a wonderful vacation spot!
