Description of the North Fort Myers vacation home rental

Two bedroom home in a 55+ gated community. Amenities are almost endless; tennis, golf, driving range, pools, spas, horseshoes, bocce, shuffleboard, nature trails, many types of card play groups, library, video library, hair salon, billiards. On site restaurant and pub. Several special shows in the ballroom and theater each season. Join a group for ceramics, Zumba, Tai Chi, water aerobics or yoga.
The home has newer paint, flooring, appliances and fixtures. Washer & dryer. This is an active, friendly community!

Area Information

Shopping and groceries are close, new Publix about 2 miles. Many restaurants within easy drive; Outback, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, Bonefish, Carrabbas. Lots of independent restaurants also. Downtown Ft Myers River District has an active arts and theater community. Lee Memorial Health System is top notch.
Red Sox and Twins spring training facilities are nearby as well.
