This home has cathedral ceilings, carpeted master bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, ensuite bath, laminate hardwood floor in living room with 46" LED flat screen TV, dining room, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, 3rd bedroom with full size bed and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, electric kettle, service for eight dishes, glasses, and cutlery, pots, pans, skillets, cooking utensils, electric mixer, and full knife set. Fantastic Spot to Relax!

Linda & Richard's South Point home was amazing! It is so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated! We spent 2 lovely weeks in this great community. South Point is centrally located in a great 55+ community. You are within easy access to Sanibel Island..Ft. Myers Beach..Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda...flea markets, restaurants, shops and golf! The amenities at the Serendipity community are terrific as are the lovely people you will meet there! Richard and Linda are fantastic people and so wonderful to deal with! Thanks for letting us have a fun filled, relaxing vacation! We hope to be back next year! Nancy & Ernie
