Description of the North Fort Myers vacation villa rental

This is a single storey,recently restored, quadplex(4) unit with everything included,much like a residential villa. TV,internet,bedding,towels,dishes,condiments,etc. You need only buy food.
Mature couples love the safe,quiet,parklike setting near shops,golf,boat access, tennis,clubhouse, walking,three pools.Two bedrooms,2 baths,full furnished. Vacationing neighbours are polite and gregarious.

Area Information

Almost-Gated community adjacent to golf course and shopping centre,only four minutes to Rt 75, and 20 minutes from Ft Myers airport. We are 30 minutes from the gulf beaches and two minutes from the Calahachie River.
Fort Myers is located in southwest florida, and offers the best weather with a balanced lifestyle,not overcrowded and freshly developed.
