This colorful stylish home is located in the heart of the NoHo arts district away from all the noise and congestion of Hollywood and downtown L.A. but only minutes away!

Features high beam ceilings, wood burning furnace, vintage stove, hardwood flooring, lofts and French doors leading to private back yard with private skinny dipping swimming pool and hot tub.
Remote control electric gate to private driveway and garage.
Includes a small private bonus room in back yard with a fireplace.

Perfect Location in trendy NoHo Arts District! where you can find theatres, trendy cafes, restaruants art galleries and more

$50 fee person over groups larger than 6-8 people depending on ages and type of gathering or event.

Final $95 cleaning fee (deducted from deposit at the end)
