Newly remodeled 1400 sq ft Condo, perfect for 1 or 2 families. Great summertime Pool & Tennis Courts. Only 1.2 miles to great Lk Tahoe Beaches. With plent of room to spread out plus 2 balconies, you won't feel cramped in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. WI-FI equipped. Located in Kingswood Village, it's 5 miles from Northstar at Tahoe and 1.2 miles from North Tahoe Beach, one of the best beaches at Lake Tahoe. You can also relax in the large summertime swimming pool or play tennis. Great activities available year round. One Master Bedroom has a King and the second Master Bedroom has a queen. There's a large 3rd story loft with 2 twins and a queen mattress set. Unit has new granite counters in kitchen with hickory cabinets, new carpeting, new furniture and mattresses. There's also decks off of the master bedroom and the living room.

Rates are $175 per night ($50 more per night for holidays) plus 10% room tax and $100 cleaning fee. There is a $250 refundable damage deposit. WE'RE OFFERING A SPECIAL...check in on Friday at 3pm, check out the following Friday at 10am and pay only $1,000 (plus tax, cleaning fee & damage deposit, excludes holidays, requires pre-payment in full to reserve).
