Description of the North Lake Tahoe vacation home rental

Old-fashioned tradition with modern day luxuries offers casual intimacy. Located on the North Shore at Stateline in Crystal Bay and only a few minutes walk to the North Shore casinos, local secluded beaches, and forest hiking trails.

Wood floors, natural rock fireplace, alder kitchen cabinets, new wood windows, sisal carpeting, designer furnishings, pine paneling, and beamed ceilings create a charming intimate atmosphere.

Outside features a large deck, beautiful landscaped yard, and loads of parking for your boat or RV.

It sleeps six comfortable. On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen and its own bath with a tub. Upstairs is another room with a queen and third bedroom with two twins. All beds have down pillows and comforters. The second bath has a shower and is located on the main level. The home is handicap and "fido" friendly.

Summer activities are abundant. Golf courses such as Old Brockway, Incline Village, Northstar, Coyote Moon, Old Greenwood are as close as five minutes, but no farther than 25 minutes. Kings Beach sandy lakefront is one mile away. Buck's Beach is three blocks from the cabin.

In the winter the location is excellent. From ten to 30 minutes from the following ski areas: Mount Rose, Deamond Peak, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley. Cross-country skiing is just a few blocks away.

Area Description

This home is a 5 minute walk to a great beach with sparkling crystal clear water and huge granite boulders to lay on and jump off into the refreshing waters of Lake Tahoe. We are also within 35 minutes driving to world class skiing like Squaw Valley, Northstar,Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Heavenly Valley, Kirkwood and Diamond Peak.
