A lovely designer decorated secure building in the Bal Harbour area, only 15 minutes to South Beach and very close to all of the shopping and dining that makes South Beach memorable. Be one of the first to stay in this designer decorated unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, great for those who have children or friends they would like to come with them. As well the beach is right there, within walking distance and to see the ocean you need just look out your glass windows to see the beautiful blue waters of Miami Beach.

The Master includes a lovely King Suite with en-suite bathroom with lovely glass windows. The second suite has a Queen bedroom and bathroom and the Third Guest room has 2 Full sized beds. There is also an additional half bathroom for guests. The 2,700 sq. foot condo is large and spacious with modern kitchen, a living area with flat screen TV and plenty of seating, and a lovely dining area for you and your family to enjoy while visiting.

The beach and the movie theater are a walk away, walk or ride your bike in this natural reserve, rent a kayak or a boat for the day, or spend a quite day observing the wildlife of Florida.
