Description of the North Myrtle Beach vacation apartment rental

I have two units 500 feet from beach in this quiet family area. I also have a care taker on site. All units are very nice. Upstairs unit Has 3 bdrms 2 baths full kitchen dinning room living room . All bedrooms have cable t.v. Central air and heat.Downstairs is the same. HI Speed
WI/FI. Washer & Dryer availble at no charge.We have 8 beach chairs 2 umbrellas and some toys ,some boogie boards also small beach chairs for children, please remember to share and enjoy your stay care taker on site
and a cot available with notice. IF calendar shows booked always call or email to be sure sometimes booked dates are wrong

We have been coming here for many years -- in the 70's we bought our children and now we bring our grandchildren. It is our favorite place to stay -- just like home -- only better! The owners are friendly, caring and welcome children and make them feel like they are family. Book a week here and you will come back year after year. Great Value -- fantastic location and everything you could want. The whole family is counting the days until our next vacation at Swim and Swing.

Blast from the Past

June 6, 2012

Refreshing change from the fancy modern resorts! Had everything we needed and wanted plus the atmosphere and memories of the past. Last time I was there my children were small, this time my grandchildren enjoyed the same experiences of their parents years ago. Enjoyed all amenties offered plus the use of the over-sized dining table for games and activities with the family. Overall good value for the $. The kitchen was not really 'user-friendly, & lack of electrical outlets (for electronic devices, coffee pot, & vacuum) was a bit inconvenient . Being pet friendly was most important to me/us....

Great Value!

I rented the upper apartment for the week of Thanksgiving. Although it sits "2nd row", there is a beautiful view of the beach, the breeze is refreshing, and best of all, you can hear the ocean. It is dog friendly which is a requirement for me. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning.
