If renter does not fully comply with the terms of the Agreement, owner may use the security to pay amounts owed by renter, including damages, cleaning services.

 QUIET BUT NOT BORING, October 29, 2007

This is a great place to vacation with family. My wife two teenage kids and I had a blast at this condo. It was refreshing to be in a reasonably priced place that was clean and pest free.I would recommend staying here to anyone. Plenty of things to do close by. I just wished I would have had a golf cart so i didn't have to worry with parking my big truck on the strip.

This was a great place to stay. If you love playing golf it is the ultimate location. You could sit on the balcony and watch people play golf. The condo was decorated simply but elegantly. Every thing was so close, all the shows, the beach, shopping, and there was a pool on site. If you like to be in the middle of everything happening, this is the place to stay.
