Description of the North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental
Gorgeous NEW 3 BR, 2 Bath Condo, Beautifully Furnished, in New Gated Development ONE BLOCK FROM BEACH! Very large ground floor condo with huge screened porch just steps to pool and hot tub. Granite kitchen, full size washer dryer, all the amenities. Sleeps 8. Gated community hosting 5 pools, hot tubs, game room, fitness room, south gate one block to beach.
$75 PER DAY plus $100 for cleaning from September-April!
$125 PER DAY plus $100 for cleaning May-September!
3-Day minimum stay! Mid-week arrival or departure OK!
NO SMOKING! NO MOTORCYCLES! NO SINGLES/NO PARTIES - FAMILIES ONLY. NO-PET DUE TO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION.
We also own two other units in Ocean Keyes - a 2 bedroom unit in building 17 next door with exactly same furniture and furnishings, which is rented for slightly less, and a luxury 3 bedroom townhouse. Perfect if you need more than one unit! Please inquire.

I don't have to tell you how much we have enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is perfectly situated, close to the outlets, a walk to the beach, a hop to the pool and above all very comfortable and clean. Thank you once again for letting us stay in your condo. I may have a request for the same duration and dates for your 2BR condo or 3BR townhouse. My wife's brother and family are most interested. Can you kindly price both requests?

We're back, and I can get you the keys on today (Sunday the 19th). Let me know where and when you would like to meet. I can certainly drive out to you. I have to be back at work on Monday at Stonegate and will be there by 8:45 if you're in the vicinity. Just let me know.

Robin: Attempted to touch base on Saturday morning, however the local library near the condo computers were down. My family and I are very happy here in the condo! We were pleasantly surprised and all of my fears of renting a private unit were alleviated! The cleaning service did an exceptional job - everything was found spic and span. I wanted to point out a few things that I assume you are aware of (not sure if the cleaning service provides a report to you after each tenant moves out). The rear porch screen door mechanism for allowing the door to close automatically was broken upon arrival - one piece is unattached requiring manual closure. The far left slat of the double sliding glass door vertical blinds was broken and laying neatly on the floor in the right corner. Lastly, as the listing stated there are 2 DVD players in the unit, I wanted to point out that there was only one in the living room. That was fine for us, just wanted to make sure that you were aware of that. The key to the fitness facility worked so we didn't have to obtain a replacement from the construction office. If you have questions, feel free to contact me via cell. Otherwise, I'll be in touch after returning to the area on Wednesday. Thanks again! Ramona

HI ROBIN - arrived SUN at your condo. BEAUTIFUL PLACE - large, open, spacious, clean and new. We're having a WONDERFUL TIME! Our daughter LOVES having her own private room - she's in the study with her laptop, TV, etc. Got your message regarding the screen door closer and the blind in the living room. Also, the cleaning people left a note that the shower curtain guard (small plastic triangle at the corner of the tub and the wall) in the master bathroom had come off during cleaning - it looks like the tape came loose - I'll try to secure it while we're here and we'll be careful taking showers (to keep water off the floor). Played GOLF at CROW CREEK MON - and we plan on playing at least once more before we leave. It poured rain here MON in the PM (didn't affect GOLF), we've never seen so much standing water in the streets. Nice today (TUE AM), mid 80s and sunny. I'll send the keys back to you via regular mail when we depart THURSDAY. We're discussing a long term rental this FALL/WINTER - I'll get back to you regarding availability when we confirm. THANKS AGAIN - I'll be in touch. GERRY.

If the time works that we are in town and can get away we would love to rent it again, and we are near. We may not be able to take the whole week, but we can take some and you will have some income from it.
