Gorgeous 3 BR, 2 Bath Condo, Beautifully Furnished, in New Gated Development ONE BLOCK FROM BEACH, and a short, two-block walk to Main Street for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Large GROUND FLOOR condo with huge screened porch just steps to pool and hot tub. Granite kitchen, full size washer dryer, all the amenities. Sleeps 8. Gated community hosting 5 pools, hot tubs, game room, fitness room, south gate one block to beach. Condo is located in the Ocean Keyes community - 601 Hillside Drive North, North Myrtle Beach, SC.

December - March (Monthly Rate - $850/mo)
(Weekly Rate - $500/wk)
(Daily Rate - $85/night)

April - May (Weekly Rate - $800)
(Daily Rate - $115/night)

June - August (Weekly Rate - $995)

September - November (Weekly Rate - $800)
(Daily Rate - $115/night)

$300 refundable security deposit required to hold reservation, and full rental payment due 1 month prior to check-in date.

3-Day minimum stay, mid-week arrival or departure OK, except June, July and August, which rent from Saturday to Saturday.

UNIT IS NON SMOKING! NO MOTORCYCLES! NO SINGLES, NO PARTIES - FAMILIES ONLY. NO PETS DUE TO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION.

Loved it. The weather was off and on but it gave our family a chance to bond again. Now we will go down twice a year because it is a gated community so our kids can wonder around the property without us trying to searching up and down the beache sand stores. Can't wait til the next trip.

This is our second vacation to this particular condo (first with new owners John and Deb) and once again it was great. Everything you need is there for a lovely, stress free and affordable holiday. John is so easy going and friendly. Even though we have been to Myrtle Beach several times he still had some great suggestions of things to do, places to eat etc. The condo itself is spotlessly clean as well as the grounds, pools, games room and exercise room. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, we will be back!

Nice and Relaxing

I travelled to Myrtle Beach with my two children, and we had a great time. The condo was very nice, comfortable and roomy, with the pool just steps away from the porch and the beach an easy 1 block walk. Tons to do, and so nice to come back to a nice condo vs. a hotel room. A great value, and we will definitely stay here again when we get back to Myrtle Beach.

The unit was very clean and had plenty of space to fit our entire family -- 5 adults and 3 children. We were only 10 minutes from the beach and the owner was great to work with. The property itself was quiet and low-key, making it family friendly. We had only two issues. There was no internet access -- merely an inconvenience. The other was nothing the owner of the property could control -- at one point a group of college-age boys came to the swimming pool and basicly overtook it. They were drinking beer at the pool and diving in to catch a football. The deepest part of the pool is 4 1/2 ft; there were lots of waves. Thus those of us who were there left the area. We weren't sure if they were permanent residents or if they were renters of another unit. Hopefully renters who will not be there again. Overall this is a beautiful unit, well maintained and has everything you will need for a great family vacation. The owner is easy to work with and many things are already stocked at the unit and available for your use.

WOW!! what a great place to stay. The entire family enjoyed every moment of our stay. Exceptional location to everything you need, shopping, entertainment, and most importantly.....the BEACH!!! Onsite amenities were great, pools, workout room, tennis courts and grounds. The comfort was unbeatable, whether we relaxed on the beach, at the pool or in the screened in patio. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

Stayed the week of June 14th - Condo was perfect!! Great location, great pools, comfy beds, nice kitchen, great people, - not a negative thing to say about our stay! Owners were fantastic in answering all my questions! The transaction from the beginning of sending the deposit to the end of promptly receiving deposit back was smooth. My family and I spent last week in this condo and we had a great time. The pool was perfectly located and the accomodations were nice. There was easy access to the beach with public parking one block away. Shopping and plenty of good restaraunts were close by as well. We would definitely stay here again!
