I had the best time!

This was my first time in Myrtle Beach, and I had an awesome experience. The Carolina Reef condo was very clean and the perfect size,price and location for what we were looking for. Had everything we needed in the condo.The view was amazing from our balcony and people were very friendly. Elliott Realty was very kinda and helpful. I would definitely go back and rent from Elliott again. Had the best time!

We're 2 retired teachers, have stayed at this property twice, and we'll be back. Everything was in working order and we really like the location. There's nothing like sitting on the balcony with one's favorite music and beverage.

Great Spot

We stayed at the property from August 29 to September 5,2009. We found the property, unit and the building clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were also clean and enjoyable. The unit itself was comfortable, but is little out dated, kitchen and bathroom do need some upgrading, but, for our use it was great. We were only there to sleep and make a few meals. The bed was very comfortable and ample pillows and extra bedding (comforters)if required. I would have liked to have had a screen on the patio door to hear the ocean, leaving the door open let a few flys and smaller insects in.

We had a great stay. Condo was very nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean. A ceiling fan in the bedroom, would really help, because the bedroom just didn't get any air. Had to purchase a fan, and that helped some. Also, lots of bed linens and pillows that took up lots of space that is limited. These should be removed. Lots of hot water for showers. Other than that the stay was great. Everything went very smooth on check-in and check-out. Nice place, we would definetly stay again.

Girl's Week!

My two sisters and I stayed in 1209 at the Palace Resort. It was perfect for us. Everything was clean and in good working order. I know sometimes you can experience plumbing problems when you're on a higher floor, but we even had enough hot water for all of us to shower in a row! No complaints whatsoever. The view was beautiful and we plan to go again next year.
