Description of the North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Ocean Front Beach Condo sits on a beautiful beach.

This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The max is eight. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent residents. Computer with high speed internet access. Vonage internet phone service with free US and Cnd calls.
Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM This is the total rent and includes all fees. Please confirm with a phone call or email if you want the condo. Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.

Linens and towels are available through our cleaning service for $75 per visit.

Area Information

known as the Grand Strand,
the North Myrtle Beach area is a fantasy land of family
attractions. In between beach days, take the kids go-cart
racing at the a Family Thrill Park, on
a breathtaking roller coaster ride or miniature golfing at any of the area's 46 courses. More serious golfing can be found
pretty much anywhere, on some of the highest-rated courses
in the U.S.

Great place

Location was perfect. Far away from all the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get there if you wanted too. Restaurants are much better in North Myrtle Beach. Golf courses were very dry and brown nearby, but had a great week.

Great condo on the beach! Location is wonderful! Near Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach attractions. The condo is wonderful- a lot of room with a great view of the ocean. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I stay here every time I go to Myrtle!
